Presently based in the mountains of Tirol where I have been for 11 years.
I relocated from Zimbabwe, where after several years in management I ran my own business as a marketing consultant in the safari business. In addition I co- founded and published a monthly newspaper for travellers in Africa, initiated a grass roots business for women and was a volunteer counsellor for the Connect Systemic Therapy Centre and for Child-Line Zimbabwe.

Moving to Austria meant a necessary career change for me and I went into teaching English. In an effort to improve the quality and effectiveness of my work I started a study of Intercultural Relations, which not only helped me personally it also led me to complete an extensive four year trainer and coach training programme, with a locally based company, FUTURE.

I now give personal and professional coaching one-on-one, as well as group trainings in Effective Communication, Coaching for Management, Intercultural Dynamics and related themes. I also lecture at the Management Centre Innsbruck, an Applied Sciences University.

I care passionately about supporting and empowering people, so that they can live life to the full, and I love being a mom to my two teenage boys.

Approach

The method I use in seminars and workshops is based on the FUTURE method as devised by Wolfgang Stabentheiner. I like it because it starts with the Self, the method respects the individual. My aim as a coach, trainer and lecturer is always to strengthen a person’s potential, whenever appropriate to encourage personal development along with specific competence and to facilitate an environment in which participants can discover their own answers.
